Healthier Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Ball

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Full Fat, I used organic probiotic rich cream cheese from Nancy's brand
  • 1/2 cup Cashew Butter
  • 1/2 cup Confectioners Sugar Powdered - Swerve
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet

Instructions

  • Hand mix your cream cheese and cashew butter together
  • Add in sugar, protein, and vanilla and whip until smooth
  • Add 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips and combine
  • Place in plastic wrap and shape into ball
  • Place in freezer for half hour
  • Then remove plastic wrap, place on serving platter, use a spatula to fix the football shape if need be
  • Place white chocolate chips for football lines, then cover the rest in mini chocolate chips
  • Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve!
