Hidden Veggie Fudge Pops

All the smooth, creamy fudgey goodness of your favorite Fudgesicles, but with TWO added veggies and NO refined sugar! I’m not sure if I loved them or my kids loved them more! THIS is the popsicle mold I used!

Serves: 8
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Coconut Milk, *
- 1 cup Baby Spinach, Or baby kale
- 3 Tbsp Cacao Powder, Raw
- 3 Tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder, *
- 2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 3/4 cup Zucchini
- 1 whole Banana, Small/med, ripe
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter, Or nut butter of choice

Process
- Blend spinach and milk together until spinach is broken down
- Blend remaining ingredients together until smooth
- Pour into popsicle molds (linked above) and freeze for at least 4 hours
- Enjoy!
- Feel free to dip in melted chocolate to harden for a chocolate crunch, too!
