Hidden Veggie Fudge Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Coconut Milk *
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach Or baby kale
  • 3 Tbsp Cacao Powder Raw
  • 3 Tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder *
  • 2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 3/4 cup Zucchini
  • 1 whole Banana Small/med, ripe
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter Or nut butter of choice

Instructions

  • Blend spinach and milk together until spinach is broken down
  • Blend remaining ingredients together until smooth
  • Pour into popsicle molds (linked above) and freeze for at least 4 hours
  • Enjoy!
  • Feel free to dip in melted chocolate to harden for a chocolate crunch, too!
