Homemade Doritos

Gluten free and dairy free option, too! Crispy, cheesy, and oh so satisfying.

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 6 whole Corn Tortilla
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, Or 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

Process

  1. Brush both sides of tortillas with oil
  2. Slice into 8 pieces per tortillas
  3. Toss in spices
  4. Line in a single layer, not touching, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  5. Bake at 350 for 12-14 min
  6. They’ll crisp up a bit more as they cool
  7. Best eaten right away, but can recrisp in the air fryer or oven for a few min too
