Homemade Doritos!

Ingredients

  • 6 whole Corn Tortilla
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese Or 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

Instructions

  • Brush both sides of tortillas with oil
  • Slice into 8 pieces per tortillas
  • Toss in spices
  • Line in a single layer, not touching, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Bake at 350 for 12-14 min
  • They'll crisp up a bit more as they cool
  • Best eaten right away, but can recrisp in the air fryer or oven for a few min too
