Dye free, easy to make, and super fun!

I made these kid friendly because I knew my kids would be obsessed with these cuties, but you can totally turn these into ghost Jell-O shots, too! I used THESE molds!

Serves: 12

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Lemonade, No Sugar Added
  • 1/4 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder, Or natural green colorant
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice, Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice, Juice from 1 lime
  • 2 Tbsp Grass-Fed Gelatin

Process

  1. Whisk 2 tbsp gelatin with 1/4 cup juice in a small bowl. -After a few minutes it will thicken into a gelatin bloom
  2. Heat remaining juice & lime or honey over stove top over medium heat
  3. Once heated, whisk in gelatin bloom
  4. Add a few drops of your green colorant & water mixture until your desired green shade is achieved
  5. Pour into your ghost molds (comment LINK and I’ll send you the mold I used)
  6. Set in the fridge for an hour, then loosen the edges and they’ll pop right out
  7. Use a toothpick dipped in chocolate to draw on eyes
  8. Enjoy!
  9. Keep in the fridge if not eating right away
