Low Sugar Brookies

The best of both desserts with these fudgey chocolate chip brownie cookies! They’re gluten free and low sugar too! Feel free to sub dairy free butter here to keep it dairy free also.



Serves: 13
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup Classic Monkfruit Sweetener (with Erythritol) – Lakanto, Or granular sugar of choice
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1 whole Egg
- 6 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted
- 1 tsp Molasses
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Milk Chocolate Chips (No Sugar Added) – Lakanto
- 1 1/2 tsp Cocoa Powder



Process
- Whisk almond flour, sugar, salt, & baking soda
- Mix in egg, butter, molasses, and vanilla
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Divide batter in half, and add cocoa powder to half the batch
- Take two small balls worth of each dough and gently roll them into a ball
- Flatten them slightly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake at 350 for 9-10 minutes
- After 5 minutes carefully move to cooling rack to fork slightly more enjoy!
- Store in an airtight container
