Whisk almond flour, sugar, salt, & baking soda
Mix in egg, butter, molasses, and vanilla
Fold in chocolate chips
Divide batter in half, and add cocoa powder to half the batch
Take two small balls worth of each dough and gently roll them into a ball
Flatten them slightly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake at 350 for 9-10 minutes
After 5 minutes carefully move to cooling rack to fork slightly more enjoy!
Store in an airtight container
