My favorite nourishing and clean ingredient protein powder is from Just Ingredients brand. No artificial flavors or preservatives, and the taste is spot on (never chalky). I love both the grass fed whey protein and the bone broth protein, especially if you can’t tolerate dairy! Code colleenF10 saves you sitewide!
If you want to keep these strictly plant based check out Ora Organic plant based protein powder. They 3rd party test for heavy metals and pesticides, and taste great, too! code COLLEEN saves you 30%

Both brownie & cookie dough will be slightly sticky
Spray a spatula with non stick spray or coconut oil
Press brownie & cookie dough mixture into a loaf pan
Place in freezer for 20 min
Slice into squares, and enjoy!
Store in fridge

I love how easy it to just add all of the filling ingredients to a blender, mix, and pour!
Tip- your dough will be sticky and that’s ok! It will firm up in the fridge. Grease a spatula with coconut oil or nonstick spray to make it easier to press the dough down

Variations for Dietary Preferences
- Chocolate protein powder – you can use whey, bone broth, beef isolate, or plant based chocolate protein powder. You can also use vanilla protein powder in the brownie base
- Almond flour – You can use oat flour, but use 2 tbsp less as it is slightly drier
- Pure Maple Syrup – can sub honey or date syrup. I don’t recommend subbing a granular sweetener as it will mess up the wet to dry ingredient ratio
- Almond butter – can sub any nut butter. Note that peanut butter will have a stronger flavor profile- they’ll taste like peanut butter cookie dough
- Vanilla protein powder – can sub oat flour if you don’t want to use protein powder
