Ingredients
- •1/2 cup almond butter, or pb
- •1/4 cup maple syrup
- •1/3 cup cacao powder
- •1/2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- Roughly 1/4 cup white chocolate – I like Pascha Co. Organic Vegan White Chocolate
- Natural colorants of choice (see below)
DIY Colorants
I like ColorKitchenFoods natural colorants, but you can use your own, too!
Think freeze dried raspberry powder for pink
Turmeric powder for orange / yellow
Blue Spirulina powder for blue
Matcha powder for green
^mixing these powders with a pinch of water first allows for a deeper hue

Process
- Melt chocolate and add colorants of choice
- Pour into candy heart mold and freeze until hard. This will only take a few min
- Mix together brownie bite ingredients until smooth
- Place and spread overtop chocolate bottoms
- Freeze for an additional 10-15 min
- Remove from molds and enjoy!
You can find the fun molds I used HERE

I love how easy it to just add all of the filling ingredients together in a bowl, press into your mold, refrigerate, and enjoy!
Variations for Dietary Preferences
- Almond butter- use any nut butter of choice
- Cacao powder – use cocoa powder, or even sub some chocolate protein powder to make them protein rich
- Maple syrup – can use sugar free syrup or medjool date syrup
- Coconut oil – can replace with ghee or softened butter

If someone gifted these to me I would seriously be in awe at how cute and how thoughtful they were!
