No Bake Sugar Cookie Bars

These have that soft cookie dough texture, and with some creamy melt in your icing they’re the perfect treat to make you pause and mmm with every bite! Gluten, dairy, and dye free!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Granular Sugar Substitute – Swerve, Or sugar of choice
  • 1/2 cup Cashew Butter
  • 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup, Or date syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Vanilla Frosting – Simple Mills, Or homemade
  • 2 Tbsp Sprinkles, dye free*

Process

  1. Combine dry ingredients then add in wet. Pour into 8×8 pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. Refrigerate until firm at least 10 min
  3. remove from fridge and ice with organic vanilla icing such as Miss Jones or Simple Mills brand.
  4. Sprinkle with dye free sprinkles. I used GoSupernatural brand
  5. Cut into 9 or 16 squares
