No Bake Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Granular Sugar Substitute - Swerve Or sugar of choice
  • 1/2 cup Cashew Butter
  • 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup Or date syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Vanilla Frosting - Simple Mills Or homemade
  • 2 Tbsp Sprinkles dye free*

Instructions

  • Combine dry ingredients then add in wet. Pour into 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate until firm at least 10 min
  • remove from fridge and ice with organic vanilla icing such as Miss Jones or Simple Mills brand.
  • Sprinkle with dye free sprinkles. I used GoSupernatural brand
  • Cut into 9 or 16 squares
