Philly Cheesesteaks

Simple, wholesome, and just as delicious as your favorite Philly cheesesteak joint!

Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 1 lb Flank Steak
- 2 whole Bell Pepper
- 1 whole White Onion
- 1/2 cup Baby Bella Mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 4 whole Provolone Cheese
- 4 whole Gluten-Free Brioche Style Rolls – Canyon Bakehouse
Process
- Sauté your peppers. onions, and mushrooms in avocado oil until Set aside
- -Thinly slice your steak, toss in the seasonings, and cook to desired doneness on preheated pan. This only took about 1-2 minutes per side since they’re so thin
- -Meanwhile, have your oven preheated. Melt butter and brush the inside of your rolls. Place in oven for just 1-2 minutes
- -For the cheese you can place 5-6 slices in the pan and stir around until the vegetables and steak are all mixed together in the melted cheese
