Philly Cheesesteaks

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Flank Steak
  • 2 whole Bell Pepper
  • 1 whole White Onion
  • 1/2 cup Baby Bella Mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 4 whole Provolone Cheese
  • 4 whole Gluten-Free Brioche Style Rolls - Canyon Bakehouse

Instructions

  • Sauté your peppers. onions, and mushrooms in avocado oil until Set aside
  • -Thinly slice your steak, toss in the seasonings, and cook to desired doneness on preheated pan. This only took about 1-2 minutes per side since they're so thin
  • -Meanwhile, have your oven preheated. Melt butter and brush the inside of your rolls. Place in oven for just 1-2 minutes
  • -For the cheese you can place 5-6 slices in the pan and stir around until the vegetables and steak are all mixed together in the melted cheese

I like Canyon gluten free sub rolls for these!
