Salted Caramel Cookie Dough Bars

Two of your favorite desserts in one- a smooth melt-in-your mouth cookie dough base, with a gooey sweet & salty caramel coating. Each bite is pure bliss!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1/3 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Cashew Butter
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, Melted
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/3 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 pinch Kosher Flake Salt – Primal Palate

Process
- Pour protein powder & almond flour into a bowl, then make 3 tbsp size indents
- Fill those holes with maple syrup
- Add remaining ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips
- Pour into lined loaf pan and place in freezer while you work on the caramel layer
- For the caramel simply combine all ingredients together until creamy and smooth
- Pour overtop cookie dough layer and freeze for at least 2 hours
- Slice, drizzle, and enjoy!
- Keep stored in the freezer
