Salted Caramel Cookie Dough Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/3 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Cashew Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil Melted
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • Caramel Topping
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 pinch Kosher Flake Salt - Primal Palate

Instructions

  • Pour protein powder & almond flour into a bowl, then make 3 tbsp size indents
  • Fill those holes with maple syrup
  • Add remaining ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips
  • Pour into lined loaf pan and place in freezer while you work on the caramel layer
  • For the caramel simply combine all ingredients together until creamy and smooth
  • Pour overtop cookie dough layer and freeze for at least 2 hours
  • Slice, drizzle, and enjoy!
  • Keep stored in the freezer
