S’mores Protein Bites

These s’mores protein balls are such a fun and wholesome treat! Filled with healthy fats, a protein boost, and leave out the gluten, dairy, and refined sugars!

Serves: 14
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Cashew Butter
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips
- 2 Tbsp Mini Marshmallows
- 1 Tbsp Graham Cracker Crumbs

Process
- Combine all ingredients together until smooth, then fold in mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers
- Refrigerate dough 15 min
- Roll into balls, drizzle with melted chocolate if desired, and enjoy!
- Keep stored in the fridge
