S’mores Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Cashew Butter
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tbsp Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 Tbsp Graham Cracker Crumbs

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together until smooth, then fold in mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers
  • Refrigerate dough 15 min
  • Roll into balls, drizzle with melted chocolate if desired, and enjoy!
  • Keep stored in the fridge
