  1. I need to substitute the almond flour and almond milk for more traditional items due to a tree nut allergy. I generally use Fairlife milk and traditional flour. Would I need to change the measurements when subbing out the almost products?

    1. Are you able to do oat flour? It has a more similar texture to almond flour. If so I’d try that but maybe 2 tbsp less (it’s a tad drier). I don’t think all purpose flour would sub well here. Possibly 3/4 cup work, but again, if oat flour is an option I’d try that!
