Triple Berry Crumble Bars

Gluten free, nut free, refined sugar free, and dairy free option. These bars have buttery shortcake base and a generous gooey berry filling!
Top with drizzled peanut butter, vanilla ice cream, and enjoy in their own, but they’re absolutely delicious any way you indulge!

Serves: 20
Ingredients
- 3 cups Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour
- 1 Tbsp Arrowroot Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup Butter, Unsalted, Or vegan butter
- 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 26 oz Mixed Berries, Fresh, Fresh or frozen
- 3 Tbsp Arrowroot Flour
- 3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice



Process
- Preheat oven to 375 and line a 9×9 dish with parchment paper
- If using frozen berries allow to thaw slightly
- Melt & cool butter
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together
- Add butter, syrup , and vanilla and use a fork to combine dough until crumbled
- Press 2/3 of that dough into the dish and use a silicone spatula to press down evenly. Poke a few holes in the crust, then bake for 10 min
- Meanwhile, add filling ingredients to a bowl and use a fork to slightly smash the mixture together
- Pour overtop crust, and sprinkle remaining crumble overtop
- Bake for an additional 35 min
- Allow to cool for 30min, then transfer to the fridge for at least 2 hours for smoother slicing
- Enjoy!
- Store in the fridge
