Instructions

  • Process freeze dried strawberries until fine
  • Combine all the dough ingredients together until smooth
  • The vanilla ghee add to the distinct sugar cookie taste here, but plain ghee or coconut oil will also work
  • Fold in sprinkles if you'd like in the cookie dough as well
  • Refrigerate dough for 30 min
  • Roll into balls. I used a 2tbsp cookie scoop
  • Dip in melted white chocolate, drip of excess, place on parchment paper, and top with natural sprinkles (go super natural brand here)
  • Place in the fridge 15min until white chocolate has hardened, then enjoy!
  • Store in the fridge
