Air Fryer Caramelized Peach Breakfast Bowls (Follicular Phase Supporting Breakfast)

Ingredients

Peaches

  • 2 Peaches
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • sprinkle of coconut sugar

For topping

Instructions

  • Mix yogurt ingredients together until smooth - yogurt, walnut butter, flaxseed, honey/sweetener of choice, and vanilla protein
  • You can enjoy these right away, or divide between 2 jars and refrigerate until the morning
  • When ready to enjoy- make and top with your warm caramelized peaches
  • To make peaches- split peaches in half
  • Lay skin side down in the air fryer
  • Brush with coconut oil, cinnamon, and optional coconut or brown sugar
  • Air fry at 370 for 8-9 minutes
  • You can spoon your yogurt mixture into your warmed peaches, or slice your peaches and place them overtop of your yogurt jars
  • Top with pumpkin seeds and a drizzle of honey and enjoy!
