Mix yogurt ingredients together until smooth - yogurt, walnut butter, flaxseed, honey/sweetener of choice, and vanilla protein
You can enjoy these right away, or divide between 2 jars and refrigerate until the morning
When ready to enjoy- make and top with your warm caramelized peaches
To make peaches- split peaches in half
Lay skin side down in the air fryer
Brush with coconut oil, cinnamon, and optional coconut or brown sugar
Air fry at 370 for 8-9 minutes
You can spoon your yogurt mixture into your warmed peaches, or slice your peaches and place them overtop of your yogurt jars
Top with pumpkin seeds and a drizzle of honey and enjoy!
