For the shells

Instructions

  • Melt your white chocolate for your chocolate shells, divide between small bowls, and mix with your colorant
  • Pour into mold and freeze for 10 minutes until firm. They'll pop right out
  • In a large bowl add your popcorn
  • Add melted white chocolate and shake to coat
  • Add vanilla protein powder and finely crushed graham crackers and shake to coat fully
  • Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until chocolate is firm
  • Add your colorful shell, serve, and enjoy!

You can use a clean ingredient brand like Color Kitchen Foods for the colorant, or use freeze dried raspberry for pink and blue spirulina powder for blue
