Mix all dough ingredients together until smooth
Fold in dried blueberries
Press down into loaf tin lined with parchment paper and top with more blueberries
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Slice into 6 bars
Drizzle with melted coconut butter & top with more lemon zest
Refrigerate another 15 min until glaze is firm
