Cake Batter Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Cashew Butter
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder *
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup Or raw honey
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal Optional, can use chia or hemp seeds too
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Almond Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Sprinkles Dye free*

Instructions

  • Combine wet ingredients together until smooth, then add In dry
  • You can add sprinkles to the batter, or wait and just roll them in sprinkles
  • Refrigerate dough 20-30 min
  • Roll into balls, roll into sprinkles and enjoy!
  • Keep stored in the fridge

With kids in mind make sure you're using a clean protein powder that does not contain "natural flavors" (that aren't natural at all), artificial flavors, dyes, or gums which can irritate the gut.
