Instructions
Whisk collagen in melted coconut oil, then in a large bowl combine base ingredients until they the crisps are fully coated with the sticky mixture
Press into 8x8 dish lined with parchment paper, or flatter on a baking sheet
Melt chocolate and peanut butter together in 30 second intervals, stirring in between and drizzle and spread overtop your crunchy pea crisp mixture
Top with colorful gems and flakey sea salt
Refrigerate for an hour, slice and enjoy!
