  • Whisk collagen in melted coconut oil, then in a large bowl combine base ingredients until they the crisps are fully coated with the sticky mixture
  • Press into 8x8 dish lined with parchment paper, or flatter on a baking sheet
  • Melt chocolate and peanut butter together in 30 second intervals, stirring in between and drizzle and spread overtop your crunchy pea crisp mixture
  • Top with colorful gems and flakey sea salt
  • Refrigerate for an hour, slice and enjoy!
  • Keep stored in the fridge
