Whip butter, coconut oil , and sugar together
Add egg and extracts and whip again
Add remaining ingredient
Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate 30min
Dust a surface with coconut flour, roll out dough, and use circle cookie cutter to cut out cookies
Lined on parchment paper lined baking sheet and freeze for a few minutes if your dough has warmed
Bake at 325 for 12-13 min
Make icing by combining powdered sugar and milk together until drippy. Add more milk as needed
Let cool completely, dip in Royal icing, allow icing the harden, then use melted chocolate as the string of lights
Cut dye free chocolate gems in half* and place on your string
