Pour into mini silicone muffin tray / ice cube tray and freeze for 2-3 hours (can skip this step if you're ok with more of milkshake thickness, but if you want blizzard style and to pass the flip test this step adds thickness)
Once frozen solid, place frozen cubes into blender/processor with a splash of milk and blend until smooth, scraping the sides down as needed. May need a few splashes of milk, but don't overdo it or you'll thin it out
Pour into a glass, top with a crumbled cinnamon roll cupcake and enjoy!
