Cookie Dough Frosted Cupcakes

Ingredients

Cupcake Base

  • 1 1/2 cup Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1 cup Maple Sugar +2 tbsp**
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/3 cup Cacao Powder Raw
  • 1/4 cup Avocado Oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/4 cup Water

Cookie Dough Frosting

Instructions

  • Combine dry ingredients together
  • Then pour in wet ingredients and combine well
  • Pour into cupcake liners
  • Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes
  • Remove from pan and onto a cooling rack after 10min
  • Let cool completely
  • Combine all your cookie dough ingredients together into a bowl, then fold in chocolate chips
  • Pour into piping bag (optional) and pipe overtop cupcakes
  • Enjoy right away or refrigerate!

*can sub coconut sugar for maple sugar *can sub oat flour for protein powder
