Copycat Cherry Chip Blizzard

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Avocado Frozen. See notes for subs
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries Frozen
  • 2 cups Cherries Frozen
  • 1/3 cup Collagen Or unflavored or chocolate protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Hearts Or chia or flax seeds
  • 1/3 cup Cherry Juice Organic
  • 2 tsp Almond Extract
  • 1/3 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks

Instructions

  • Blend / process all ingredients together, minus chocolate chunks, until smooth. Scrape the sides in been blends, but try not to add more liquid unless necessary or it will thin it out
  • Fold in chocolate chunks
  • Since there are so many frozen ingredients here it will be thick and ready to enjoy right away

Notes

**SUBS: frozen avocado, frozen banana, tofu, or soft cashews (soaked in hot water for 20min) will all help achieve the thick and creamy texture of the blizzard. I tried with banana first and the texture was perfect, but note you can slightly taste the banana - it was more of a cherry banana flavor **I added collagen as my protein source because I didn't want to change the color, but now that I've tasted it I believe a chocolate protein powder would be a delicious touch.
