Blend your cottage cheese, hazelnut butter, pure maple syrup, and chocolate protein powder together until smooth, scraping the sides as needed
Pour into 4 popsicle molds, place your popsicle stick in place, and freeze for 4-5 hours
Make ganache by melting chocolate and nut butter together in 30 second intervals, stirring in between each interval, until smooth
Crumble a brownie ( I like Simple Mills individual brownie bars. You can use any or even chocolate cookies crushed ), and add your naturally colored chocolate gems to a small plate
Remove your popsicles from their mold, dip fully or partially into ganache, then immediately onto your plate with brownie crumbs to coat fully
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper then back to the freeze for an additional 10-15 minutes until ganache is firm to the touch
