Slice the tops off of your apples
Use a knife to slice a circular line around the inside of the apple, then use a spoon to dig out the center
Making filling by whipping cream cheese until smooth, then adding remaining ingredients and whip until completely smooth
Optional, place in a piping bag to neatly get into the apples
Melt butter and add to processed graham crackers, then spread overtop apples
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
Make caramel by whisking ingredients together until smooth and runny. If your cashew butter was on the thicker side feel free to add more melted coconut oil or syrup
Drizzle overtop apples and enjoy!
Once cooled enough to pick up the apples I found it best to bite into it just like I was eating a regular apple
