  • Blend mousse ingredients together until smooth, scraping the sides as needed
  • Pour into individual serving jars
  • Melt your chocolate in 20 second intervals until melted, then fold in coconut cream (if wanting a smooth ganache; you can use just melted chocolate for a hard chocolate shell). Add in pea crisps, puffed quinoa, or crushed hazelnuts for an added crunch
  • Pour overtop your mousse
  • Optionally, top with your homemade Ferrero Rocher, and refrigerate at least 3 hours for best texture (overnight is great too!)
