Blend mousse ingredients together until smooth, scraping the sides as needed
Pour into individual serving jars
Melt your chocolate in 20 second intervals until melted, then fold in coconut cream (if wanting a smooth ganache; you can use just melted chocolate for a hard chocolate shell). Add in pea crisps, puffed quinoa, or crushed hazelnuts for an added crunch
Pour overtop your mousse
Optionally, top with your homemade Ferrero Rocher, and refrigerate at least 3 hours for best texture (overnight is great too!)
