Funfetti Protein Bread! (Gluten free, dye free)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Gluten-Free Flour *
  • 99 grams Vanilla Protein Powder *3 scoops
  • 3/4 cup Granular Sugar Substitute - Swerve Or organic cane sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Applesauce Unsweetened
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut Oil Melted
  • 1/2 tsp Almond Extract
  • 2 Tbsp Sprinkles

Protein Frosting

  • 1 cup Confectioners Sugar Powdered - Swerve
  • 1/3 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 6 Tbsp Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Butter Unsalted, Soft

Instructions

  • Make loaf by whisking dry ingredients together, then fold in wet ingredients and combine until smooth
  • Fold in sprinkles
  • Pour into 9x5 loaf tin and bake at 320F for 50min
  • Allow to cool completely
  • Use a hand or stand mixer to whip ingredients together until smooth
  • Pour frosting overtop loaf and top with more sprinkles
  • Enjoy!
  • Keep leftovers stored in the fridge
