Healthier Shirley Temple

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Lemon Lime Prebiotic Soda - Olipop
  • 1 oz Orange Juice

Homemade Grenadine

  • 1 cup Pomegranate Juice
  • 1 cup Honey Or cane sugar, or granular monkfruit
  • 1 Tbsp Orange Blossom Water

Instructions

  • Make homemade grenadine
  • Add 1 cup pure pomegranate juice + 1 cup granular monkfruit (or honey or organic cane sugar) to stove over medium heat. Bring to low boil, then lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Pour into storage glass and refrigerate (will last several months in the fridge)
  • Pour chilled & now thickened grenadine over ice, and layer with prebiotic "soda"
  • Top with a splash of organic orange juice, stir to ombré beauty, and enjoy!

Notes

There's plenty of cleaner brands of sparkling beverages. We love Olipop and Poppi brands. Lemon lime or ginger ale flavors will work!
