Healthy Chocolate Cherry Protein Ice Cream Sandwiches (Naturally Sweetened!)

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch cherries 36 cherries will make 4 ice cream sandwiches
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Chocolate Protein Ice Cream

  • 1 can lite coconut milk or whole milk if not dairy free / wanting more protein
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder this is my favorite dairy free and nourishing protein powder. Code colleenF10 saves you sitewide
  • 2 tbsp collagen peptides optional; helps add creaminess
  • 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder for more rich chocolate taste
  • 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup

Instructions

  • Shake your can of coconut milk to combine the cream & liquid
  • Mix/ froth / or blend your chocolate ice cream ingredients until smooth and pour in our creami container
  • Freezer 24 hours
  • When ready to scoop run it under ice cream, add a splash of milk if it's not super creamy and click re-spin
  • Half your cherries, and line them up in 3x3 squares on parchment paper
  • Melt your chocolate with coconut oil in 30 second intervals, stirring in between each interval, until smooth
  • Drizzle chocolate between all rows / columns of your cherry squares
  • Place in the freezer for 10 minutes, until chocolate is firm
  • Flip your squares, place 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream on top of 1 chocolate cherry square, and gently press your other chocolate cherry squares on top
  • Enjoy!
