Make caramel by whisking everything together until gooey
Dollop quarter sized circles onto parchment paper and freeze for 15-20 min
Combine all ingredients together for chocolate crunchy coating, minus the cereal, and melt until smooth-microwave or on stove top
Add in cereal and combine until coated Spoon a small scoop onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet, and flatten
Remove your frozen caramel circles and place them on top
Then top with more of your chocolate crunch mixture
Use a circular cookie cutter to shape them, then press down to flatten Place in the fridge to harden- at least an hour
