Mix brownie dough ingredients together until smooth
Refrigerate 10-20 min for easier rolling
Slice open 8 dates and remove pit
Roll dough into 8 balls and press inside the dates
Melt chocolate and peanut butter (or can use 2 tbsp chocolate & 4 tbsp coconut cream for the ganache) until smooth
Drizzle overtop dates, and top with dye free chocolate gems or sprinkles
Refrigerate until ganache is firm, about 15min+
