Healthy Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Cashew Butter Or peanut or nut butter of choice
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 1/4 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cup Mini Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth, scraping the sides as need be
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Refrigerate for 20min for best texture and flavor!

Notes

Oat flour would probably be a good sub for almond flour if you can't do nuts. You may need a little bit less since oat flour is a bit drier than almond flour you can use sunbutter, oat butter, or even butter in place of the cashew butter feel free to add your own mix ins like ground flaxseed or hemp hearts for a nutritional boost
