Whisk 1/2 cup lemonade and gelatin together in a small bowl. It will thicken into a gelatin bloom
Heat remaining lemonade, lemon & lime juice, and green colorant dissolved in a bit of water in a small sauce pan
Once warm (no need to get to boiling) add gelatin bloom and mix until dissolved
Allow to cool before pouring into plastic cups
Refrigerate 2 hours
Make Whipped Cream
For whipped topping- chill a mixing bowl, then add in heavy cream, protein powder, powdered sugar, and vanilla. If using powdered sugar substitute add the arrowroot.
Using a hand or stand mixer mix together until whipped up ~6-7 min
If using a hand mixer take a break halfway and place bowl in the freezer for a few to chill again
Once whipped, place in a piping bag (you will have extra), pipe overtop jello cups
Make chocolate hearts by melting white chocolate with coconut oil in 20 second intervals until smooth
Add a few drops of natural red colorant
Pour into heart mold and freeze for 10 minutes
Pop out and place on top of whipped cream
