Dip each hazelnut in hazelnut butter then place in the freezer for 1 hour. If you hazelnut butter isn't runny warm it for 15-30 seconds with a pinch of coconut oil
Process brownie ingredients together until smooth
Roll into 9 balls
Flatten each ball and place frozen hazelnut butter wrapped hazelnut inside the brownie dough and wrap the brownie dough around it to fully enclose, place stuffed balls in the fridge
Melt chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth, in 30 second intervals, then stir in crushed hazelnuts
Dip each brownie ball in the crunchy chocolate mixture, allow excess to drip off, then place on parchment paper, and in the fridge 10-15 minutes until chocolate has hardened
