Healthy Matcha Shamrock Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen coconut cream frozen into cubes
  • 2 scoops Kachava Matcha all-in-one nutrition shake
  • 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tsp mint extract or 2-3 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch matcha powder or all natural green natural for deeper green

Instructions

  • For thicker shake freeze coconut cream in a silicone mini muffin pan or ice cube tray. This will add thickness like a traditional milkshake without needing ice or ice cream
  • -once frozen, blend all shake ingredients together until smooth, scraping the sides as need be
  • Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream, and a classic cherry, and enjoy!
