Ingredients

Ice Cream Base

Chocolate Coating

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Blend the base: Add coconut cream, maple syrup, protein powder, collagen, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Fill the molds: Pour into star‑shaped silicone molds and insert popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze: Freeze for 4 hours or until fully solid.
  • Melt the chocolate: Combine dark chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 30‑second intervals until smooth.
  • Dip the stars: Remove frozen stars from molds and dip into the melted chocolate. Let excess drip off.
  • Decorate: Drizzle with naturally dyed red and blue chocolate and add sprinkles if desired.
  • Set: Freeze for 10–15 minutes to harden.
  • Enjoy: Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
