- 1 1/4 cup coconut milk shaken from 1 can / milk of choice
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese or plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp date syrup or pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 medjool dates chopped
Salted Caramel
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter and/or cashew butter
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 heaping scoop collagen peptides - optional but it adds a tasteless gooeyness to the caramel!
- pinch of sea salt
2 tbsp melted dark chocolate
