Combine all the dough ingredients together until smooth
The vanilla ghee add to the distinct sugar cookie taste here, but plain ghee or coconut oil will also work
Fold in sprinkles if you'd like in the cookie dough as well
Refrigerate dough for 30 min
Roll into balls. I used a 2tbsp cookie scoop
Dip in melted white chocolate, drip of excess, place on parchment paper, and top with natural sprinkles (go super natural brand here)
Place in the fridge 15min until white chocolate has hardened, then enjoy!
