Blend mousse ingredients together until smooth, scraping the sides as needed
Pour into 4 individual cups / jars and refrigerate 1hr + for optimal taste & texture
For Easter topping: Crush some chocolate cookies of choice
Melt white chocolate, add natural orange colorant like Color Kitchen Foods brand, dip strawberries and set on parchment paper to harden
Assemble mousse cups by topping with cookie crumbles as the "diet" and orange strawberries as the "carrot"
