Ingredients

Caramelized Peaches

  • 2 peaches diced
  • 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
  • pinch of cinnamon

Crumble

  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Prepare your creami pint by blending or frothing together your coconut milk, protein powder, collagen, sweetener, and vanilla
  • Freeze for 24 hours

Make the Caramelized Peaches

  • Heat a skillet over medium.
  • Add butter + peaches; cook 1–2 minutes.
  • Add honey/maple + salt.
  • Cook 5–7 minutes until glossy and softened.
  • Add 1–2 tsp water to create syrup.
  • Split the batch:• ⅔ cooled completely (15–20 minutes) → for the mix‑In for your ninja creami pint
  • ⅓ kept warm → for the syrup topping

Make the Crumble

  • Toast almond flour + oats 2–3 minutes on a skillet over low-med heat.
  • Add butter + maple; stir until clumpy.
  • Cook 1–2 more minutes.
  • Cool fully (10 minutes) so it crisps.

Run Ice Cream on Lite Ice Cream cycle.

  • Re‑Spin if needed.
  • Mix‑In
  • Add cooled caramelized peaches → run Mix‑In.
  • Top + Serve
  • Add warm peach syrup + crumble.
