Instructions

  • Whisk lemonade, syrup, and blue spirulina in a small sauce pan until desired shade of blue is achieved
  • Quickly whisk in gelatin to dissolve
  • After 4-5 minutes it will thicken into a gelatin bloom
  • Move to stove and simmer on low/med until the mixture is fully liquid
  • Fill your shark molds 3/4 the way full with your droppers that come with your mold, and refrigerate
  • Make white layer by whisking coconut milk, honey, and gelatin. Allow to bloom then move to heat until fully liquid
  • Allow to cool off the stove 4-5 minutes, then fill the last 1/3 or 1/4 of your sharks with white
  • Refrigerate for 1-2 hours
  • Remove from mold and enjoy!
  • Keep stored in an air right container in the fridge

Notes

Scroll up a tad to see all the supplies I used with photos, or find them here:
Blue Spirulina Powder - all natural blue colorant with superfood properties, too!
Shark Mold - they even have fun little faces on them! Seriously- these look JUST like store bought!
Grass Fed Beef Gelatin - full of protein, glycine, and nutrients that are great for your hair, skin, and gut. Note- this is different than those individual Knox packets
Organic Pina Colada Syrup - (or try the peach flavor!). I love these syrups for a clean flavoring (we also use for homemade snowcones! SO much better than the dye filled stuff). You can also use mango puree, but I personally prefer the syrup because it adds flavor while keeping the liquid transparent- more similar to the store bought version
