Homemade Fruit Loops

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Arrowroot Flour *
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk *
  • 6 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil Softened

Strawberry Cereal

  • 3 Tbsp Freeze-Dried Strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp Gluten-Free Flour Or cassava flour

Blueberry Cereal

  • 2 Tbsp Freeze-Dried Blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp Gluten-Free Flour Or cassava flour

Banana Cereal

  • 2 Tbsp Freeze-Dried Banana
  • 2 Tbsp Gluten-Free Flour Or cassava flour

Instructions

  • Combine all dough ingredients together, then divide into 3bowls
  • For each flavor / each bowl add 2-3 tbsp of freeze dried fruit powder (I processed freeze dried fruit until fine powder achieved, then measure the powder) and 2 tbsp gf flour and combine well
  • roll into small balls, flatten, and place on parchment paper
  • use a small hole, like a piping tool or a toothpick to poke a hole in the center of each to resemble the fruit loop shape
  • bake at 350 for 6-7 minutes
  • they'll continue to firm up as they cool
  • once cool you can enjoy!
  • Store in an airtight container
