Monster Protein Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/3 cup Pure Maple Syrup Or honey
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Shredded
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds *
  • 1 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal *
  • 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet, *
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Gems - Unreal *

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients minus chocolate together until smooth. If your peanut butter isn't drippy then you may need a little more
  • Then fold in chocolate chips and gems
  • Roll into balls and refrigerate for 10+min for best texture and taste
  • Keep stored in the fridge

Notes

Can use any seeds / add ins you wish- pumpkin seeds, dried fruit, crushed nuts, etc!
